Overview
This position will be part of the Master Data Maintenance Team under the Global Sales Enablement team supporting Pepsio Beverages North America business team.
The Volume Reporting (VR) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems. This role acts as a critical control point between distributors, internal systems (SIPS, PCC), and reporting tools, enabling reliable data across the PepsiCo organization.
The VR Analyst plays a key role in data validation, issue resolution, system setup, and compliance with SOX controls, while partnering cross-functionally with distributors, Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform data checks against predefined control points.
- Troubleshoot system errors and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data.
- Ensure timely processing of setup requests through SPA inbox.
- Support correct onboarding of new distributors in PepsiCo databases. Ensure proper configuration of account hierarchies and master data
- Maintain and update distributor store lists as needed.
- Ensure data is flowing correctly into reporting tools like Power BI.
- Ensure delivering work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree in Business, Finance, or comparable field; or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
- Good data skills and ability work through large data sets.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
- Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
- Good time management skills.
- Proactive, responsive and results driven.
- Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
- Preferred experience with EDI data processing
- Familiarity with sales and financial reporting and/or volume reconciliation.
- 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Applications with an extremely high level of proficiency
- 3-4 years showcasing well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Numerate thinker with strong attention to detail
- Desired experience with SAP & SIPS
- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
- Proactive Problem Solving. Anticipates recurring issues and implements sustainable fixes rather than reactive solutions.
