Responsibilities

The Opportunity  

 

Strategy and transformation Digital Deployment supervisor

Accountable for delivering projects on time, on budget and within scope according to Pepsico’s IT methodologies and ways of working in order to fulfill business requirements and contribute to achieve project's benefits realization.

As part of every project, it is also relevant to this role to deliver an end-to-end functional and technical solution for the business by ensuring there is a good and deep understanding of all the components of it.

 

Your Impact  

  • Work with local, sectorial and global IT teams. 
  • Responsible for engaging with IT extended teams to gather information and estimations and to generate and integrate projects’ proposals.
  • Responsible to expedite definitions, design, deliverables, architecture, in collaboration with functional leads and SMEs 
  • Work with cross functional teams for integrated solutions that include: applications, architecture, master data, sales, etc.
  • Ensure alignment to all IT Delivery processes.
  • Create detailed project plans along IT and Business.
  • Capture and coordinate resolutions of open items during workshops engaging proper IT Delivery team(s) as well as Business teams
  • Assess project risks and implement mitigation plans as needed
  • Escalate and coordinate any potential change impacts & resolution
  • Escalate and coordinate any potential integration issues with application components, and  resolution
  • Provide visibility of all workstreams across the project to leadership
  • Provide advice and guidance to the PMs and other Dev Leads regarding It Dev standard practices for project execution
  • Engage with Vendor Management and Procurement, tracking the adquisition process to provide input required for starting the adquisition processes and to select the adequate candidate/company, ensures PRs launching and creation, provides onboarding to resources/vendor whom will participate in new projects
  • Ensure Clarity update on time to reflect the real project status
  • Generate and present project status to leaders (Project Sponsors, Functional Leaders, IT Directors, etc)

Accountable for delivering project on time, on budget and within scope according to business requirements

 

 

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?  

  • Manage multidisciplinary teams (Functional and IT) in diverse geographies 
  • Vendors and Contractors management
  • Budget management for Projects
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT Projects
  • Project Management skills (certified optional)
  • English from intermediate level or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build trust networks within and across organization
  • A self-driven and motivated individual with proven ability to contribute with multitude of areas and stakeholders
  • Holistic and pragmatic vision to ensure deliver of end-to-end solutions to the business
