Internship - Training Institute & Qualification Department

 

 

Overview:

Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world, value-driven projects in Training Data Management & Operator Training Support – Training Institute & Qualification Department, based on their background, skills, and interests as assessed by the hiring managers during the interview process:

Project Description:

• Support operator training programs, including onboarding for new operators and selected production training;

• Track training attendance, results, and post-training evaluations.

• Collect, input, and update attendance, skill assessment, and re-assessment data;

• Prepare weekly/monthly training reports, re-assessment reports, Excel dashboards, Pivot Tables, charts, KPI tracking, and audit data;

• Support basic training data analysis, improve tracking files/reports/dashboards, and join Lean/continuous improvement activities as assigned;

Requirements:

• Expected full-time working (5 days/week) within 6 months;

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;

• Basic of data management and data analysis concepts;

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, Charts, Dashboard, KPI Tracking);

• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management (MS Access, SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent);

• Ability to collect, clean, analyze, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency;

• Project-based knowledge of business process mapping, workflow management, and process improvement concepts;

• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail;

What skills and experience will the intern gain through this internship?

• Understand operator training process, onboarding flow, skill assessment, and re-assessment activities in a manufacturing environment;

• Gain practical experience in training data management, traceability, reporting, Excel dashboards, Pivot Tables, charts, and KPI tracking;

• Learn how to prepare audit-ready training records and summarize post-training effectiveness;

• Improve communication, coordination, logical thinking, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset;
