Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Education Sales Consultant to help professionals explore premium online education opportunities that can accelerate their careers. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding individual goals, providing tailored guidance, and supporting prospective learners through their decision-making journey.

Success in this role comes from building trust, conducting meaningful discovery conversations, managing a disciplined sales pipeline, and consistently achieving enrolment targets while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warm enquiries from professionals exploring career development opportunities through premium online education.
  • Own the end to end consultative sales journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Build rapport and identify individual career aspirations through effective discovery conversations.
  • Present programme value aligned to each prospective learner's professional goals.
  • Confidently address objections relating to investment, timing, priorities, and career outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging experience across phone, video, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in a dedicated sales role with a minimum of three years of consultative sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confidence conducting sales conversations via telephone and video conferencing.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong resilience and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for helping professionals achieve meaningful career outcomes.
  • Experience selling high-value services or education solutions will be advantageous.

Our Recruitment Process

  • Offer and Contracting: Successful candidates receive formal offers and contract documents.
  • Pre-boarding and Onboarding: Once accepted, you'll complete a pre-boarding process before officially joining your employing organisation within the Employer Group.
