Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Manage the operation, maintenance, and readiness of all facilities.
Coordinate and track U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) work orders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks.
Oversee environmental controls, including humidity and HVAC systems.
Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety and security requirements.
Maintain key control procedures and support fire marshal functions.
Liaise with government stakeholders, contractors, and training center leadership.
Ensure facility support aligns with mission requirements and operational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree: 10 years of Special Forces (SF) experience may substitute.
2 years of facility management/operations of an Army Mission Command Training Center/Complex.
U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Repair & Utilities (R&U) training and experience.
Ability to conduct humidity and AC controls checks.
Submitting and tracking DPW work orders (AC/heat, plumbing, electrical) in accordance with Army DPW regulations.
2 years supervising the maintenance, security, and safety of facilities.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Certified Project Manager.
Experience with key control and fire marshal functions.
Defense Information System for Security (DISS) training.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and project coordination.
4 years as a senior supervisor.
2 years management/operations of a Training Center or Complex such as MTC, NTC, or JRTC.
