Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina
Clearance required: SECRET
Scope: Plan and execute air, sea, rail, and ground movements for a special operations command.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Plan and coordinate unit embarkation and strategic mobility across all modes.
Build and validate deployment data in JOPES, ICODES, and IGC.
Prepare load plans and hazardous-materials shipping documentation.
Coordinate with installation movement control and lift providers.
Advise on mobility policy and deployment readiness, support exercises and real-world moves.
Qualifications
8+ years in unit embarkation and strategic mobility planning.
Current HAZMAT certification (IATA / 49 CFR / IMDG as applicable).
Proficiency in JOPES, ICODES, and IGC.
Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
USMC embarkation background; TPFDD development experience.
