About this role

Hourly Pay Range: $16.00-$17.50

Performs clerical and administrative duties for the Residential Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for organizing, scheduling and setting up for department meetings or as requested by Residential Leadership.

· Responsible for recording meeting minutes as assigned.

· Coordinates any mailing distributions, receipt and uploads to electronic records.

· Coordinate any supply or other distributions with the department.

· Responsible for ordering/maintaining office supplies for the building.

· Responsible for updating departments lists/directories.

· Responsible for the maintenance of the Residential policy & SOP pages on People Connect in-accordance with templating as provided by the Marketing Department.

· Complies with all agency policies and procedures.

· Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma/GED and one year related experience and /or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Experience with the use of Microsoft and Outlook products.

· Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
