LOCATION: Toms River, NJ

SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 7a-3:30p

Pay Rate: $17.00/Hour plus bonus potential

Heyco is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of Assembly Team. As an assembler at Heyco, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Hand assemble components into finished goods
• Safely and correctly operate simple power tools and hand-fed semi-automated equipment
• Visually inspect parts and finished units to catch quality issues before they leave the line
• Follow departmental procedures to keep quality standards on track
• Take on other duties as assigned by your supervisor

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or GED — or 1–3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfort working through problems with multiple variables in a manufacturing setting
• Willingness to participate in group problem-solving with your team
• Basic math skills for everyday calculations on the job
