We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Restaurant Floater to join our team. As a Restaurant Floater, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by preparing quality meals, crafting beverages, or providing attentive table service. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Position Summary
The Restaurant Floater's primary responsibility is food will be food preparation and cooking. This role also provides support in serving and bartending when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management.
- Support servers by delivering food and assisting guests as needed.
- Assist with bartending duties, including preparing beverages and maintaining the bar area when required.
- Help with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
- Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
- Flexible to assist in kitchen, dining room, and bar operations as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
