Be part of the opening team at AC Hotel/Moxy Dallas, where thoughtfully crafted morning experiences set the tone for every guest's day. Our Breakfast Attendants create a welcoming and polished atmosphere by ensuring breakfast service is fresh, organized, and delivered with attentive hospitality.

The Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the breakfast area is clean, fully stocked, and inviting throughout service. This position is responsible for setup and presentation, guest interaction, food and beverage replenishment, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

 Responsibilities

  • Set up, prepare, and present the breakfast buffet before service, ensuring all food and beverage stations are organized, attractive, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor buffet offerings throughout service and promptly replenish food, beverages, supplies, and condiments as needed.
  • Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to guests, addressing questions and requests in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables throughout service.
  • Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, serving stations, and other dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Collect, wash, and properly store dishes, utensils, and serving equipment.
  • Sweep, vacuum, and mop dining and service areas following breakfast service.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and other food and beverage duties as assigned.
  • Support team members and hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, restaurant, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
