PAY: $18–$25 per hour

 

ABOUT THIS ROLE

This position offers a part-time schedule, providing consistent evening hours of 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday - Thursday.

 

As our part-time Clinic Classroom Leader - Esthetician Instructor, you'll create an engaging and positive learning environment for future professionals. You'll guide students through hands-on experiences, lead mini classes, and foster interactive learning centers. You'll also mentor and coach students in technical skills, guest service, and professionalism while promoting their confidence and growth. You'll support clinic systems and participate in exciting activities like fashion shows and photo shoots, playing a vital role in shaping individual success and the school's culture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CLINIC CLASSROOM LEADER - ESTHETICIAN INSTRUCTOR

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

• Current cosmetology or esthetician license
• Current instructor license (or willingness to obtain, we'll train the right candidate)
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism

 

Experience in a cosmetology school and familiarity with Paul Mitchell systems are preferred.
