What You'll Do

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to water, fire, storm, and mold losses while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, board-ups, and tarping.
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment.
  • Protect properties from further damage.
  • Document work using company technology.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, insurance partners, and teammates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment.
  • Follow IICRC standards, company procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

Required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. regularly
  • Comfortable with physically demanding work
  • Willingness to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred
  • Restoration or construction experience
  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
  • Experience with drying equipment and moisture mapping
  • OSHA certification
  • Leadership experience

  • $21.00–$25.00/hour based on experience
