Great restoration doesn't happen by accident, it happens because great leaders build great teams.

As the Mitigation & Contents Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our growing Appleton Mitigation & Contents team, developing people, improving performance, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience during one of the most stressful times in their lives.

This role is perfect for someone who already has restoration leadership experience or an experienced operations manager, construction manager, field service leader, or production manager looking for a new challenge where every day is different and your leadership truly matters.

You'll join the largest Paul Davis franchise in the country, a company committed to investing in its people, embracing technology, and building leaders from within.

Why This Opportunity?

This isn't just another management position.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and grow an established Mitigation & Contents team
  • Build a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and customer service
  • Coach Project Managers and field leaders to reach their full potential
  • Help shape the future of our Appleton operation as it continues to grow
  • Work for an organization that values continuous improvement and leadership development
  • Make decisions that directly impact customers, employees, and business performance
If you're looking for more influence, more ownership, and the opportunity to build something great, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

As the operational leader for the Appleton Mitigation & Contents department, you will:

  • Lead the daily operations of the department while ensuring exceptional customer service
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Lead Technicians, Technicians, and support staff
  • Drive department profitability through effective scheduling, resource planning, job costing, and operational efficiency
  • Support complex mitigation and contents projects while helping teams solve challenges in the field
  • Monitor quality, safety, documentation, and compliance across all projects
  • Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, adjusters, vendors, and referral sources
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Partner with Business Development and Reconstruction teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people just as much as managing operations.

You may come from:

  • Restoration
  • Disaster Recovery
  • Construction
  • Property Restoration
  • Commercial Services
  • Field Operations
  • Facilities Management
  • HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, or other skilled trades
  • Another service-based industry where you've led teams and managed operational performance
Ideal candidates have:

  • Leadership experience managing field operations or production teams
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Experience improving operational efficiency and profitability
  • The ability to build trust, hold people accountable, and inspire high performance
Previous restoration experience is highly preferred, but experienced operational leaders with transferable management skills are encouraged to apply.
