Our diligent team is seeking to welcome a proactive and self-reliant Client Services Coordinator who possesses a keen eye for detail. The perfect candidate will have outstanding communication abilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment. As the first point of contact for our customers, whether on the phone or in person, you will create the initial impression of our company and play a vital role in our team and restoration efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls promptly and communicate effectively
  • Receive and log new projects, schedule initial inspections, and assign them to the right coordinator
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to assist customers during emergencies
  • Send and receive documents using signing software and ensure timely uploads
  • Welcome visitors and inform team members of their arrival
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front office and lobby, fostering a welcoming atmosphere
  • Dispatch flooring and environmental samples to the appropriate laboratories
  • Follow up on any after-hours calls as necessary

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an office setting
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to multitask and possess technical skills
  • Friendly demeanor both on the phone and in person
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation as needed to assist our customers during critical times
  • Experience in construction and/or disaster restoration is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service, phone, or office roles is essential
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office
