  • Schedule subcontractors and ensure labor, materials, permits, and resources are ready.
  • Coordinate material selections, ordering, deliveries, and inspections.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays or obstacles.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support job closeout.
  • Help ensure projects remain organized, safe, and moving toward completion.
What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of construction, restoration, project coordination, or related experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of construction processes, materials, sequencing, and terminology.
  • Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction-related technology.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
The Right Person for This Role

You’re someone who notices what needs to happen next and makes sure it happens. You’re organized, responsive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to adjust quickly when construction schedules change. You communicate well, follow through, and take pride in keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Work Environment

This position includes regular interaction with active construction and restoration sites and may require climbing ladders and accessing roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other areas of damaged properties. You may work in environments affected by fire, water, mold, smoke, or other property damage. Occasional extended hours may be required based on business needs.
