About the Role:

The Superintendent will oversee and manage roofing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. This role requires coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise on-site. The Superintendent will be responsible for supervising crews specializing in TPO, metal, and PVC roofing systems, ensuring proper installation techniques are followed. They will also monitor project budgets and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to meet project goals. Ultimately, the Superintendent ensures that roofing projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role in the roofing or construction industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in TPO, metal, and PVC roofing systems installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in construction management or related field.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with sustainable roofing practices and materials.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous experience managing large-scale commercial roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily roofing operations, including TPO, metal, and PVC roofing installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project schedules and resolve on-site challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress against project milestones.
• Manage labor resources, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, track project costs, and assist in the development of project schedules and budgets.
