Licensed Vocational Nurse-Paths to Recovery

PathPoint is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide direct nursing care and support to medically fragile individuals in a community-based setting in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is responsible for implementing restricted health care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with the Consulting Registered Nurse (RN) for clinical oversight. This role works independently, maintains accurate EHR documentation, and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services degree, or currently licensed as a vocational nurse in the State of California, and a minimum of 1 year of management experience in the human services field.

Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage of $36.00 per hour. The pay range for this position is $36.00-$39.38 an hour, the pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.
