Potential Earnings: $20.00+ per hour, including base pay and tips
Base Pay: $5.00–$6.50 per hour, depending on property assignment
Job Type: Full-time and part-time
Schedule: Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts may be available

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring professional and dependable Valet Attendants for luxury hotels and hospitality properties throughout Nashville.
As a Valet Attendant, you will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while providing attentive, high-quality customer service. You are often the first person guests meet when they arrive and the last person they see when they leave—making you an important part of a seamless arrival and departure experience.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Assist guests with vehicle drop-off, pickup, luggage, and directions.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately document existing damage.
- Maintain proper control and organization of vehicle keys.
- Help manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic around the valet area.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to service requests.
- Assist VIPs, high-profile guests, international travelers, and guests with elevated service expectations.
- Address routine guest questions or concerns calmly and professionally.
- Maintain discretion and protect guest privacy.
- Keep the valet stand and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Follow PMC and property-specific safety, service, uniform, grooming, attendance, timekeeping, and tip-reporting procedures.
- Support team members and hotel partners during busy periods.
- Complete required training and attend scheduled meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license.
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within the past three years.
- Ability to pass applicable background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Dependability, accountability, teamwork, and sound judgment.
- Attention to detail and awareness of vehicles, pedestrians, and surroundings.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in busy or challenging situations.
- Ability to work scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to operate automatic and manual-transmission vehicles when required by the assigned property.
Experience in valet parking, luxury or full-service hotels, resorts, fine dining, country clubs, upscale restaurants, luxury retail, bell or door services, concierge, front desk, guest relations, or another high-touch customer-service environment is preferred but not required.
Candidates with strong transferable service skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn luxury-hospitality standards are encouraged to apply.

This active position may require you to:
- Stand, walk, run, and remain active for extended periods.
- Enter and exit vehicles frequently.

- Work around moving vehicles and in potentially noisy environments.
- Maintain PMC and property-specific uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
