As a supervisor, you’ll be part of the Management Team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and maintaining exceptional service and safety standards. You’ll set the tone on shift, guide the team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming and memorable experiences our guests love. 

What you will be doing...

• Lead by example with guest experience as your top priority. 
• Support and develop the team to create service. 
• Ensure every product and interaction meets our quality and service standards. 
• Receive full training on all operational systems and procedures. 
• Ensure standards are consistently met across the restaurant throughout your shifts. 
• Manage shifts effectively, including opening and closing procedures. 
• Support the Management Team in developing crew members’ confidence, skills, and knowledge. 
• Help build a positive, inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported. 
• Motivate team members to achieve success and deliver great results.
