Job Summary

As the Sr. Strategic Analytics and Operations Manager for Ecosystems, you will be the analytical engine driving how we "run the business." You will hold a pivotal, high-visibility role as a thought partner to senior leadership, responsible for managing the operational cadence (QBRs, MBRs) and delivering the data-driven insights necessary to solve complex business challenges. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong analytical background who excels at building scalable reporting frameworks, automating data workflows, and translating large datasets into executive-level strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Rhythm & Business Reviews: Lead the end-to-end execution of regular business reviews, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Factpacks.

  • Reporting Standardization & Dashboards: Design and deliver scalable, Tableau-based QBR and reporting frameworks across multiple Routes-to-Market (RTMs). Develop, monitor, and own critical KPIs to dramatically reduce manual reporting effort and enable teams to spend more time driving insights instead of collecting data.

  • Business Analytics & Executive Support: Support high-priority analytics requests, executive reporting needs, and complex analyses. Partner deeply with stakeholders to understand the underlying business problems and provide actionable insights rather than simply fulfilling data requests.

  • Data Automation & Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to automate recurring executive reporting processes (e.g., significantly reducing turnaround times for Factpacks) and replace highly manual workflows (such as partner mapping) with scalable, AI-driven, or automated solutions.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead high-value strategic initiatives by structuring complex business problems, conducting rigorous quantitative analysis, and delivering clear recommendations to executive audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively collaborate and exchange information with a diverse set of stakeholders, including executive leaders, to co-create deliverables, drive alignment, and foster a data-driven culture.

  • Robust analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills with a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable executive-level insights.

  • A proven track record or hands-on capability leveraging generative AI platforms to automate analytical tasks, summarize insights, or write/optimize SQL queries and scripts.

  • Robust analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills with a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable executive-level insights.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and standardizing QBR/MBR frameworks and executive reporting packages.

  • Experience working in Ecosystems for Enterprise Technology or Cybersecurity sector.
