Remodeling Technician ($2,000 signing bonus)

Palms Associates is hiring a Remodeling Technician based out of Newport News, VA! (Occasional travel required.)

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment and commercial renovation projects
• Perform carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, trim work, and general construction
• Estimate project timelines and manage daily work
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and job site safety
• Work independently while coordinating with onsite teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or carpentry
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
