Today, we seek an HVAC Maintenance Technician who has experienced with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining Heat Pumps. Strong HVAC experience is REQUIRED. We are currently offering:

A Signing bonus of $1,000

✔ $150 Weekly On-Call Stipend – Earn an additional $150 per week anytime you're on call.

✔ Industry-Leading Retirement – 401(k) with 4% match + historically 6.25% profit sharing (100% immediately vested)

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

✔ Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.

✔ EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (preferred — willing to certify you!)

✔ Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
✔ Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
✔ Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
✔ Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
✔ Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills

✔ A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

✔ Valid Driver's License
