Office of the CEO - Growth
About this role
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone with 2–6 years of experience from a top management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG; Oliver Wyman or Kearney also welcome) and/or a high-growth startup, who has owned outcomes end-to-end — not just executed tasks. You should be exceptionally sharp, comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments, and able to move from strategy to hands-on execution fast, iterating relentlessly. Bonus points if you've spiked in growth, worked at a notable early-stage company, or have the technical ability to build your own tooling.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute bold growth strategies spanning automated outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid marketing, affiliates, and entirely new acquisition models
Take ownership of core growth metrics and build end-to-end tracking and attribution to prove impact
Design, execute, and analyze a high volume of experiments — from hypothesis to conclusion — with speed, rigor, and resilience
Scale validated channels into repeatable, automated engines that produce predictable, compounding growth
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and operations to lead the projects most critical to Pallet's revenue growth
Solve open-ended distribution challenges, from expanding total addressable market to exploring entirely new go-to-market models
