Founding Senior Revenue Operations Manager

New York +1 · On-site$180k – $210k + Equity

About this role

We are looking for a Founding Senior Revenue Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience to build the operating system behind our go-to-market organization from scratch. You'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire at a Series B AI logistics company with $50M raised and 700% revenue growth, partnering directly with leadership to transition from founder-led selling into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine.

What will you be doing?

Inheriting early-stage RevOps work and defining the long-term strategy for how Sales operates as Pallet scales

Building reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and pipeline inspection processes from the ground up

Designing lead routing, territory planning, and account allocation frameworks for a rapidly growing AE and SDR team

Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Agent Delivery team to drive operational rigor

Owning commission administration, CRM discipline, and the GTM tool stack (Salesforce, Chili Piper, LeanData, Clay, Outreach, Apollo)

Key Requirements

5+ years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience — must have built RevOps infrastructure from scratch (not just maintained existing systems)

Background at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup (Series B through Series E) OR MBB/top-tier consulting with GTM/revenue strategy exposure

Deep Salesforce expertise plus proficiency with modern GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clari, etc.)

Strong pedigree — top school and/or top-tier company background preferred

Must be onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco or New York; no visa sponsorship available
