About this role
Ensure reliable operation of plant
equipment through quality maintenance, fitting, and mechanical repair practices
that improve equipment availability, reliability, and overall plant
performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute preventive, breakdown,
and shutdown maintenance activities on plant equipment.
· Perform assembly, dismantling,
fitting, alignment, and mechanical repairs with high precision.
· Inspect and maintain pumps,
gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, sprockets, and related equipment.
· Diagnose mechanical failures,
conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
· Monitor equipment condition
through vibration, temperature, noise, and other indicators.
· Coordinate with operations,
electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth execution
of maintenance activities.
· Maintain maintenance records,
inspection checklists, and equipment history documentation.
· Ensure compliance with LOTO,
permit-to-work requirements, TPM, 6S, CLTI, and all safety standards.
· Identify opportunities to
improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.

Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
related discipline with relevant experience in industrial maintenance, fitting,
equipment repair, alignment, and plant maintenance operations.
