Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, Greeting Customers promptly and offering assistance.

• Utilize effective Selling Techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, demonstrating strong Product Knowledge.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point Of Sale system and Cash Register, ensuring precise Cash Handling.

• Maintain a high level of Cleanliness and organization within the sales floor and stockroom.

• Assist with Stocking Merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing through effective Merchandising.

• Contribute to Loss Prevention efforts by adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating excellent Multitasking capabilities.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support overall store Operations.

• Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on Problem Solving.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a supportive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability in Sales and a commitment to excellent Customer Service.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communications skills for effective customer and team interaction.

• Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating a Cash Register or Point Of Sale system.

• Working knowledge of General Mathematics for accurate transaction processing.

• Ability to perform Lifting Ability of up to 25 pounds.

• Detail Oriented approach to tasks and maintaining store standards.

• Organizational Skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy workspace.

• English Language proficiency for clear communication.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Problem Solving skills to address customer needs and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Merchandising and visual display principles.

• Familiarity with Loss Prevention strategies in a retail setting.

• Previous experience in Retail Sales.

• Demonstrated Leadership potential.

• Experience with Operations management in a retail environment.
