Job DetailsJob Location: 5630 W North Ave, Milwaukee, WI - Milwaukee, WI 53208Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/yearThe Regional Training Leader is responsible for supporting the organization’s mission, vision and values by providing the
field staff with the necessary training tools and systems to deliver exceptional experiences to our internal
and external guests. This position will provide overall leadership surrounding the development of our
people, both above and in unit leadership.
Qualifications• College or university Degree Preferred
• 5+ years training &/or 5+ years of managerial or supervisory operations
experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry
• Familiar with federal, state and local labor regulations. Has a proven background of developing and leading various training classes for all
levels of employees
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching
and development of managerial employees; measurable and improved results
• Excellent facilitation, written and oral communication skills with all levels of
management
• Exceptional team building skills; ability to influence others, coach others, and
identify & articulate necessary strategic objectives
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making
skills
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
