Demand Gen Lead
About this role
- Build an efficient, repeatable pipeline engine: paid, organic, ABM, events and partnerships — that compounds instead of resetting every quarter.
- Establish and lead Paces’ account-based marketing motion, including but not limited to: segmentation, target account lists, and personalized programs aimed at solar, BESS, and data center developers.
- Orchestrate an agent-first operation: design, deploy, and operate a bench of specialized AI agents — outbound personalization, conversion-signal monitoring, pipeline and attribution reporting — that do real production work from day one.
- Launch full-funnel attribution so every dollar of spend and every agent’s output ties directly to pipeline and revenue and optimizes CAC.
- Partner directly with Sales and Product Marketing to sharpen ICP targeting based on what’s converting in the market.
- Own the demand generation strategy, channel mix, and the quality bar for your agent bench — kill what isn’t compounding, double down on what is.
- 5-8 years in demand generation or ABM, including roles owning pipeline/SAL targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Direct, hands-on ABM experience — segmentation, target account selection, personalized multi-channel programs, and the results to back up the experience.
- This is an agent-first role: you’ll design and operate AI agents as your core execution layer, so real hands-on experience building or deploying agents/automations for marketing workflows is essential.
- Expertise with marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
- Experience partnering directly with sales leadership on pipeline targets and handoff SLAs.
- Strong analytical fluency. You think in funnels and conversion, are comfortable owning funnel metrics end-to-end, and enjoy presenting to business partners and leadership, leading with insights.
- Leading a bench of agents to get the work done genuinely excites you — this is an agent-first role by design.
- You think in systems and repeatable engines as a way to scale and accelerate campaign impact.
- You default to data over opinion, but don’t let analysis paralysis slow you down.
- You communicate crisply with sales and leadership, translating performance into business impact they can act on.
- You want to build the pipeline motion for a category that’s still being defined, not maintain a playbook that already exists.
- Prior hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents/automations in a marketing or RevOps context.
- Experience marketing to a technical or infrastructure-adjacent buyer (energy, construction, real estate, industrial software).
- Familiarity with the energy transition, power markets, or climate/energy policy landscape.
- $140,000- $170,000 annual compensation
- Competitive equity compensation
- 401(k) match
- Health, dental and vision insurance
- Paid company holidays & PTO
- Hybrid work in the office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn ~3x per week
