We are looking for someone to join our Tech Transfer team in a role that involves working within a team tasked with improving and preparing new platforms or updates of existing Oxford Nanopore patforms for release into production.

The Details...

This role involves working in the Tech Transfer team to run pilot lines of automated component cleaning which is crucial for successful product performance.

The purpose of the work within this team is to identify and assess areas of improvement within the processes and to address those areas identified prior to releasing the product to the production team. In addition, this role will provide ongoing support on established product lines while also introducing iterative improvements across those established lines.

This role will also involve co-ordinating and delivering complex projects involving cross functional stakeholders ranging from development efforts to understand and resolve fundamental requirements of projects, scale up and activities related to continuous improvement of processes through to successful implementation into the production team. 

What We're Looking For...

We'll expect you to have a degree in a suitable scientific subject and to have several years of industry experience with relevant lab-based skills, preferably in a scale-up environment.

The role will suit someone who is a very good communicator, who is enthusiastic and willing to learn. It will also suit someone who is motivated to achieve results and works well to deadlines.
