Primary Purpose:
|
Establish OI Service Parts Inventory in country through global sourcing to develop and lead business relationship with suppliers by implementing RFQ (Request for Quotation) & price comparison, negotiate price and commercial terms according to Group Strategic Sourcing policies and procedures. |
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier selection and local sourcing strategy setting for service parts.
- Understand local service parts inventory and implementation of procurement processes.
- Responsible for signing and management of general purchasing conditions agreement, frame contract with suppliers.
- Lead the tasks of auditing, evaluating new supplier and existing suppliers with other departments together, also the supplier management at daily works.
- Supplier quality, service, relationships and performance to agreed cost base as appropriate.
- Contracting, contract management, and risk assessment.
- Monitor supplier’s performance and support supplier to make improvement.
- Completion of other tasks or projects assigned by management.
