Culture & values

Owl.co operates with a flat organizational structure where ideas and impact are prioritized over titles, with direct communication and innovation encouraged at every level.

The culture is data-driven with a strong bias toward evidence-based decisions.

Customers sit at the center of every discussion, and the entire team has visibility into how their work impacts insurers and claimants.

Owl.co emphasizes high impact with no bureaucracy: a small, nimble team where every member can contribute meaningfully from day one.

Employees wear multiple hats in a startup environment and are hungry for impact, rather than relying on large support teams or rigid corporate playbooks.

The team connects regularly through daily team lunches.

There are bi-annual offsites to ensure collaboration and relationship-building in person.

There is a focus on delivering accountable, effective, and ethical results for claimants within a human-centric AI framework.

Decision-making is swift and communication is direct, enabling rapid moves and real contributions from all team members.
