ABOUT THE ROLE
Ovoko/RRR.LT is seeking a dedicated eBay Support Specialist in Vilnius. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence on the eBay platform. You will be the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, responsible for resolving technical and logistical challenges related to automotive parts sales, and directly contributing to the company's overall seller performance metrics.
\nIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL- Own the communication, order management, and issue resolution processes for online sales channels on eBay.
- Proactively handle high-risk customer interactions, including processing returns, minimizing negative feedback, and mitigating seller defects.
- Provide best-in-class support by quickly and accurately resolving technical issues related to product fitment, shipping, and order tracking.
- Monitor and analyze key competitor activities, market trends, and category best practices to identify opportunities for strategic improvement in pricing, listings, and service.
- Proven experience working with the eBay Seller Hub/Resolution Center for at least 1 year, specifically handling returns, disputes, and seller-level performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to independently resolve complex customer issues from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team, share knowledge, and contribute positively to a shared goal
- Knowledge of fundamental car construction and familiarity with common car parts is a big advantage.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 1400 - 2500 € (gross) per month.
