Working Student
We’re looking for someone young, ambitious and deep into Web3 who wants to help us build and grow products, with a stronger focus on actually building them.
You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team across product, tech and growth, helping us figure out what to build, turning ideas into working products and continuously improving them based on what users actually want.
We’re building products across Web3, already reaching 35K+ users and 300K+ monthly traffic, with a lot more we want to build.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with the founders across product, tech and growth
Help shape and build new Web3 products and features
Turn ideas and prototypes into working products
Work with APIs, data and internal tooling
Explore new technologies and technical approaches
Think about product and distribution alongside what you’re building
Use AI to build, prototype and move faster
Test new ideas and iterate based on real usage
Take ownership of projects from idea to launch
Who We’re Looking For
You’re genuinely into Web3 and follow what’s happening in the space
You’re technical, but think beyond just writing code
You’ve built something yourself, a product, tool, bot, website, script or anything else
You have experience with at least one modern programming language
You care about product and understand that building is only one part of making something successful
You use AI to leverage your skills
You learn fast and adapt
You’re ambitious and want substantially more responsibility than a typical working student role
We don’t care whether you primarily use Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust or something completely different.
You don’t need years of experience or a perfect CV. We’d rather see something interesting you’ve built than another internship on your CV.
