As a Working Student in Business Development & Growth, you’ll work directly with the founders on partnerships, growth initiatives and strategic projects. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how an early-stage startup grows and help shape it along the way.

What You’ll Do
Work directly with the founders across product, growth and strategy
Help shape new features from idea to launch
Identify growth opportunities and help bring them to life
Build relationships with partners, creators and industry leaders
Research markets, competitors and emerging trends
Use AI to automate workflows and move faster
Launch projects, solve problems and take ownership wherever it’s needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills
Curious, ambitious and highly proactive
Interested in startups, product and growth
Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excited to learn and take ownership
Nice to Have
Previous startup experience
Experience with Web3, AI or SaaS
Built your own side project or business
Background in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar
