Social Media Manager

Location: Berlin (In-Office)
Compensation: €45,000–€65,000 + Performance Bonus

You’ll own and grow multiple channels across X, Telegram and other platforms, develop new formats, spot opportunities early and figure out what actually drives attention and growth.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a content calendar and asked to execute it.

If you’ve spent more time on Crypto Twitter than you’d like to admit, you might be in the right place.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow multiple social media channels across X, Telegram and other platforms

• Develop the content and distribution strategy for our brands

• Stay on top of what’s happening across Web3, iGaming and internet culture

• Turn relevant stories, trends and conversations into content quickly

• Launch new channels and experiment with new formats

• Work closely with founders, growth, media and partnerships

• Build relationships with creators, streamers and relevant accounts

• Track reach, engagement, growth and other key metrics

• Double down on what works and kill what doesn’t

• Take real ownership over our social presence and how it evolves

What We’re Looking For

• You deeply understand X/Twitter and how internet-native brands grow

• You’re already familiar with Crypto Twitter, Web3 or iGaming

• Strong instinct for content, timing and distribution

• Excellent written English

• Fast, independent and comfortable making decisions

• Data-driven enough to understand what works without overthinking every post

• You care about growing channels, not just keeping them active

Nice to Have

• Previously grown an X, Telegram or other social account

• Experience in Web3, iGaming, media or a fast-moving startup

• Existing network across creators, streamers or Crypto Twitter

• Experience running multiple brands or channels simultaneously
