Compensation: €70,000-€90,000 + Performance Bonus + Equity

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work side by side with the founders across product, strategy, hiring, partnerships and execution. The role evolves as we evolve, giving you the opportunity to learn every aspect of building a fast-growing startup.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders on the company’s highest-priority projects

• Drive strategic initiatives from idea to execution

• Help shape product strategy and roadmap

• Support hiring across engineering, product and business

• Research new markets, competitors and business opportunities

• Work on partnerships and special projects

• Leverage AI to automate workflows and increase execution speed

• Solve problems wherever they’re most important

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional execution and strong attention to detail

• Highly organized and able to prioritize independently

• Comfortable switching between product, strategy and operations

• Curious, resourceful and eager to learn

• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow

• Thrives in fast-moving environments with lots of ownership

Nice to Have

• Previous startup experience

• Built your own project, startup or side business

• Experience with Product, Growth or Business Development

• Background in Web3, AI or SaaS

• CODE University, WHU or similar entrepreneurial communities
