Commercial Sewing is looking for a Product Development Technician to support new and existing products through design, development, testing, and manufacturing implementation.
If you enjoy variety, project ownership, and working cross-functionally with engineering and production teams, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
Support products throughout their lifecycle
Create CAD models and engineering drawings
Design production fixtures and tooling
Assist with prototypes and product testing
Improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality
Create documentation, specifications, and work instructions
Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause investigations
Maintain ERP and engineering records
Requirements
Engineering Technology degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in product development or manufacturing
CAD proficiency (SolidWorks preferred)
Strong communication skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for continuous improvement
