Hands-On Manufacturing Improvement Role
Commercial Sewing is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician who can bridge production and engineering.
This role focuses on improving workflows, supporting production, implementing process improvements, and helping new products move efficiently into manufacturing.
Duties Include
Workflow analysis
Time studies and labor analysis
Line balancing
Process optimization
Troubleshooting production issues
Supporting Lean initiatives
Creating technical documentation
Supporting layout and workstation improvements
Qualifications
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Manufacturing experience required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Continuous improvement mindset
