NEW OPENING

We are currently looking for a Stock Keeper to join our New Diesel Outlet Store in Leccio.

The candidate we are looking for is responsible for ensuring an excellent product organization within the stockroom, by making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly, supporting at best omnichannel sales activities.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivering timely movement of product, playing an active role in making sure the entire stock cycle runs smoothly owning all stock activities: inventory, organization, control, audits etc. 
• Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution, sales effectiveness and maintain a clean working environment 
• Support the whole omnichannel sales cycle with the management of inbound and outbound product management: receiving orders, product packaging, billing, and related admistrative tasks 
• Strive and support the team to achieve team objectives and be accountable for an accurate and organized store inventory at all times, taking part to store cycle counts, scheduled inventories etc. 
• Proactively execute shipping and receiving process, partnering with management to resolve any issues and taking necessary steps to resolve 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar roles and in-depth knowledge of a retail stock workflow 
• Good aptitude and confidence with digital tools  
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills  
• Highly adaptable and quick thinking while having the ability to see beyond the immediate situation 
• Aptitude for Team Working as well as ability to work autonomously  
• Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday 

Compensation & Level: 

• CCNL Commercio, Level 5° - 4°
• Salary range (gross annual): €23.241,12 - €26.000,00
• Variable incentive plan: from 0.6% to 1.8% of sales 

The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility. We are open to candidates with different levels of seniority.
