Description

As our Website & Conversion Manager, you will be responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the osapiens website. Your focus will be on creating a user-friendly website that makes it easy for users to find relevant information and supports conversion.
You will coordinate our external website agency and work closely with different teams across osapiens. At the same time, this is a hands-on role, and you should be comfortable working directly on the website and making changes yourself.
You will use website data and user behavior to understand how people interact with our website, where they encounter friction and what can be improved.


Your Mission

  • Own and continuously improve the osapiens website, with a focus on user experience, user journeys and conversion.
  • Manage and prioritize the website roadmap based on user needs, website data and business priorities.
  • Manage our external website agency, including briefings, prioritization, implementation and delivery,
  • Coordinate website projects across Marketing, Product Marketing, Design, Sales and other teams, bringing different requirements together and setting clear priorities.
  • Analyze user behavior and website performance to understand how users navigate the website and identify areas for improvement.
  • Turn user insights into UX and conversion improvements and use A/B testing to validate ideas and learn what works.
  • Work directly in our CMS to create and optimize pages, implement content changes and manage smaller website improvements independently.


Your Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B website management, digital marketing, growth, UX or conversion optimization, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience developing and optimizing B2B websites and a good understanding of user journeys, UX principles and online user behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using website and user behavior data to identify problems and make decisions.
  • Experience with web analytics and user behavior tools and a good understanding of website performance and conversion metrics.
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating external agencies or development partners as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to structure requirements, set priorities and explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
  • Comfortable working directly in a CMS and making website changes independently.
  • A good technical understanding of websites and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
