Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Management Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced property management team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, managing communications, organizing documentation, assisting with tenant and vendor interactions, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks that keep the team responsive and well organized. Responsibilities
    • Answer high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assisting current tenants and contacting prospective tenants regarding available rental opportunities.
    • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service to tenants and prospective residents.
    • Enter and coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring work orders are accurately documented and assigned promptly.
    • Assist tenants with questions, concerns, and general property-related issues, following up as needed.
    • Schedule and coordinate showings for available rental units with prospective tenants.
    • Work closely with on-site property managers to coordinate maintenance, leasing activities, and tenant communications.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and property-related requests.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
      • Native or near-native English accent with clear and professional phone communication.
      • Previous office administration and/or customer service experience.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
      • Proficiency with computers and common office applications.
      • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
      • Hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
      • Previous property management experience is preferred but not required.
