Job Description and Responsibilities
Interpro’s Information Technology Co‐op program is designed for students interested in building a career in industrial manufacturing. Co-op assignments are structured so that students develop with each new work term, positioning them to accept an increasing level of complexity and self‐reliance. Our goal is to have our co-op students fully capable of stepping into a full‐time information technology role after their degree is attained.
With the collaboration of the Interpro Tubular Products Group Information Technology team, you will assist with various projects related to information management, database development and maintenance as well as contribute to the technical competencies and production requirements of our manufacturing facilities.

Assist with assigned projects, contributing expertise and owning results for assigned tasks
Comfortable developing/supporting systems used in a manufacturing environment
solid programming skills and desire to work under the mentorship of a well experienced team
Integrated Client/Server environment
Automation and Control through a variety of Industrial protocols
Innovation to design and develop customized process feedback
Performs other duties as they might be assigned
Requirements
2nd year Computer Science or Software Systems Engineering student in good standing at a recognized post-secondary institution
Good knowledge of database performance and tune-ups
.net Developer
Visual Studio VB / C# .NET / ASP.NET / HTML
SQL Server 2019+ and Management Studio
SSIS / SSRS
Power BI
WPF, WCF, EDM, Expression Blend
Good knowledge of database performance and tune-ups
SharePoint, preferred
