Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment
across a diverse range of roles, encompassing sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline
for critical and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring business continuity and
readiness.
• Partner closely with
department heads and hiring managers to translate staffing needs into effective
recruitment strategies.
• Ensure that all job
postings, sourcing activities, and interview processes adhere to company
standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on
talent acquisition performance through key metrics, including time-to-fill,
quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.
• Oversee structured candidate screening,
assessments, and selection processes to ensure a consistent and objective
evaluation methodology.
• Champion an outstanding
candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, reinforcing Orion's
employer brand at every touchpoint.
• Apply demonstrated expertise in recruiting for
technical roles, including Data & Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists,
Supply Chain Digitization Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
• Administer Zoho Recruit as the organisation's
Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing candidate pipelines, job posting
workflows, interview scheduling, and recruitment reporting.
• Strengthen the employer
brand through strategic professional networking and a commitment to
best-in-class candidate engagement.
Core HR Operations
• Act as a trusted, impartial
resource for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution,
consistently upholding a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and
procedures in full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory
requirements.
• Manage structured
offboarding processes and conduct meaningful exit interviews to generate
actionable insights that inform and strengthen retention strategies.
• Administer employee
benefits enquiries and requests through the HRIS, ensuring timely, accurate,
and professional service delivery.
• Prepare and issue a range
of HR documentation, including salary letters, experience certificates, and
employee relations correspondence, as required.
Culture & Employee Engagement
• Collaborate with senior
leadership to define, embed, and sustain the organisation's values, behaviors,
and desired cultural identity, ensuring alignment across all people practices
and business functions.
• Champion and actively
contribute to internal culture and engagement initiatives, including the design
and delivery of company events and recognition programs.
• Serve as an ambassador for
the Orion culture, modelling the behaviors and standards expected across the
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR
experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to technical recruitment across
Technology, IT, software development, or data and analytics domains.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for
roles such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and IT
Consultants.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities utilizing
LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
(ATS) and recruitment analytics platforms; hands-on experience with Zoho
Recruit is an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal,
communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven capacity to manage
multiple open requisitions concurrently within a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
• Track record of measuring, analyzing, and
optimizing recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Solid understanding of
employment law, HR compliance, and best practices in candidate and employee
experience.
• Professional HR certifications and/or technical certifications are considered an asset.
