PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Employee performs routine manual work in assisting a truck driver in loading and unloading a truck and transferring materials from one point to another.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Driver by performing any combination of the following tasks:
- Loads and unloads vehicles by hand or by use of hand truck.
- Pads, stacks, and secures items in position on truck to prevent damage during shipment.
- Delivers and stacks merchandise on customer’s premises and collects payment or obtains receipt for goods.
- Assist Driver with the proper use of the Keg System at all relevant stops (assuming the truck is outfitted with the system).
- Assist driver in parking the truck on an as need basis and directed by the driver.
- ( Helper) Required to get out of the truck, visually ascertain how to instruct the driver and verbally (English) as well as using hand motions, assist the parking of the truck.
- Occasionally work in breakage, assist in non-forklift related warehouse functions
- Warehouse/or facility clean up and organizing.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Follow all safety policies.

- Must establish and maintain an effective working relationship with supervisor, employees, and co-workers.
- Maintain professional customer service.
