We're looking for a Workplace Experience Assistant to join our team in Brisbane on a 6-month contract. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact every day.
As the face of our workplace, you'll help ensure our office runs smoothly while creating a positive experience for employees, visitors and contractors. No two days are the same, with a mix of front-of-house, workplace operations, facilities support and employee engagement.
What you'll do

Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for employees, visitors and contractors.

Coordinate workplace services including meeting rooms, mail, catering, concierge and office amenities.

Support workplace health and safety, emergency management, security and contractor management.

Partner with Workplace Experience, Operations, IT and Project teams to maintain a safe, functional and engaging workplace.

Support workplace events, employee engagement activities and initiatives that bring our culture to life.

Respond to workplace enquiries and identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience.
About you
You'll enjoy helping people, take pride in delivering outstanding service and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work.
You'll also have:

Experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, Corporate Reception, Office Administration, Hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A proactive mindset, great attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience working with contractors or facilities services considered an advantage.
