About the role:
We’re seeking a commercially astute and strategic leader to join our LPG business as Group Manager – Residential Sales, Marketing & Service. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of Origin’s Residential LPG segment, leading end-to-end performance across sales, marketing, customer service and digital.
With accountability for a large national customer base, you will shape and execute the segment strategy to drive growth, enhance customer experience and deliver strong commercial outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager LPG, you’ll lead a sizeable, multi-layered team and work closely with stakeholders across Retail, Commercial and Technology to influence enterprise-wide outcomes.

What will you bring?
- Proven senior leadership experience across Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Operations
- Strong track record of delivering growth through strategy and execution
- Experience managing large teams and complex, customer-led environments
- Commercial acumen with P&L ownership and pricing strategy experience
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, CRM and digital transformation
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead at an enterprise level
