About the role:

Help shape the future of energy by leading emissions and sustainability reporting across Origin’s Integrated Gas business. This is a unique opportunity to influence how emissions data, governance and sustainability performance are measured, reported and improved, supporting compliance, transparency and better business decisions.

 

Why the role matters?

• Lead the integrity and governance of greenhouse gas, energy and sustainability reporting across a complex operational environment.
• Drive compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, including emissions, climate and sustainability reporting obligations.
• Partner with technical specialists, operational teams and external stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting confidence and business outcomes.
• Champion process improvement and innovation, helping automate and strengthen reporting systems and controls.
• Provide expert advice that supports strategic decision-making and contributes to Origin’s sustainability ambitions.

 

What will you bring?

• Experience interpreting complex regulatory, sustainability or technical requirements and translating them into practical business solutions.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to work across large, data-rich processes and systems.
• Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels of the business.
• The ability to lead complex reporting, governance, assurance or compliance activities involving diverse stakeholder groups.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for improving sustainability outcomes, reporting integrity and operational performance.
• Familiarity with CSG, upstream gas, energy or other asset-intensive operations, enabling you to collaborate effectively with technical and operational stakeholders is highly regarded.
