About the role
The Senior Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end commercial and strategic ownership of the products portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution of the product lifecycle process from idea through launch, growth, sustaining and retirement.
The role acts as the single point of products accountability, translating customer needs and market opportunities into clear product strategies, roadmaps and business cases, and leading cross-functional teams through critical decision points in alignment with governance and standards.
What you will bring
Minimum 10 years experience post professional qualification.
Experience working across multiple countries and with stakeholders from different markets simultaneously.
Proven ability to lead teams and build a collaborative approach across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, aligning diverse perspectives toward shared
objectives.
Stakeholder management, including C-level: ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and operational level.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, including prioritization, planning, task delegation, and coordination across multiple
teams.
Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
Able to build structure in ambiguous situations and establish best practices
Your qualifications
Experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management or Commercial Leadership
Proven experience working within structured governance or stage‑gate / PLM frameworks
Strong commercial acumen: business cases, pricing, value propositions and ROI
Ability to lead complex cross‑functional teams without direct authority
Customer‑centric mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in industrial, B2B, technology‑enabled or engineered products
Exposure to global or regional portfolios
Familiarity with TRLs, CDPs and portfolio prioritisation concept
