About the role

We're pleased to open applications for a Field Site Support Coordinator position at our Manila office, offering a hybrid work arrangement (night shift). 

The Field Site Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating administrative assistance for Orica's regional businesses. This primarily involves inputting crucial performance data from field sites, initiating requisitions, and providing support for work management activities related to our field assets.

The successful applicant will have a customer service mindset and be committed to making their internal customers successful. 

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for handling enquiries from supported sites and providing professional, confidential administrative support. Your tasks will include processing requisitions, invoices, and goods receipts as needed. Additionally, you will conduct data entry, including commercial administrative assistance related to work orders for field assets and the entry of people and equipment KPIs.

You will also provide additional work management and data entry support as required. This role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality will be crucial to your success in this position. 

What you will bring

• 2 + years’ experience in similar roles 
• SAP S4 Hana experience highly regarded.
• Advanced English skills - written and spoken (Required).
• Ability to support North American time zones (night shift in the Philippines).
• Demonstrates resilience and flexibility.
