About the role
Coordinator - Facilities Management is responsible to coordinate and supervise the maintenance, repair, and development of site facilities, with a primary focus on civil works such as buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other supporting infrastructure.
Location: TDMB (Muara Badak)
What you will be doing
- Plan and oversee civil works at the site, including construction and maintenance of buildings, roofs, roads, mounding, drainage, and other structures.
- Prepare cost estimates and material requirements for civil works.
- Support the development of new site facilities and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure civil works are executed according to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular inspections of civil facilities and prepare condition reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and manage work schedules for the civil team, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, etc.) to support smooth site operations.
- Manage technical documentation, drawings, and civil project reports.
- Perform AutoCAD drawing P&ID, SLD as actual installation and drawing for MOC proposal.
- Familiar perform (JSERA) job safety analysis on each work and create daily Take 5 (stop, think, identify, plan, do)
- Implementation safety behaviours with perform Jsera, PTW and Take 5 in execution all works.
- Always use PPE at plant and mandatory area.
- Support and execute any improvement projects.
- Participate in Investigations and Action Resolutions.
What you will bring
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in civil works, preferably in mining, industrial, or construction environments.
- Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and civil project management.
- Ability to use software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar and read technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in dynamic site conditions.
- Experience as SAP Maintenance or CMMS
- Experience in coordinate project work
- Strong in mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Strong in administration skill and people management.
